occasionally tests medical devices or components of
medical devices. These studies generally test devices that
are intended to stick to the skin in order to work. We
test devices such as ostomy ring components, insulin pump
components, and transdermal medicated patches to determine how well they
adhere to the skin or if they cause any skin irritation.
